Coffee Talk & Yoga
We will meet for coffee talk first from 3-5pm (this is always free!) then yoga will follow from 5pm - 6pm.
You can come to either or both!
Yoga is free for subscription members and ten dollars for non-members. Either way we require an RSVP. Sign up here!
Julie will teach a soothing & fluid restorative class that will feel divine after we share & swap stories over coffee.
We'll focus on building a beautiful collective breath that inspires movement and each other, then end with a self-care focused healing meditation.
If anyone is a total first timer to yoga, this will literally be the perfect introduction. It will be less about fitness and more about holding space for ourselves.
