Simple Six Meal Plan
Starting a new routine and making changes can be overwhelming. I'm here to let you know that SIMPLE is best!
Don't overcomplicate it and just think SIMPLE SIX. This is not a diet, it's a lifestyle. We're focused on adding the right nutrients into our diet in a simple way, not depriving ourselves.
ONE || Approximately 7am || Breakfast
The first thing I do in the morning is walk to my fridge and take a shot of Ionix! It's the best way to start your day. For breakfast make a shake and get that good nutrition and protein in your body first thing. I mix my shake with eight ounces of unsweetened almond milk (30 calories) but you can also do water if you want to save on calories, take a natural accelerator and your vitamins and you're ready to face the day.
TWO || Approximately 10am || Snack
Snack time! Anyone who knows me knows I love snacks. Think around 100-150 calorie snack. Whey Thins are my go to, 1/4 cup of almonds, a hard boiled egg, veggies and hummus, or an apple and peanut butter are some of my favorites. I use one of the IsaLean protein bars if I'm going to go a longer period of time without eating. If you're going to eat lunch in an hour or two then definitely opt for a lighter snack versus a protein bar.
THREE || Approximately 1pm || Lunch
I love the convenience of having shakes when I'm on the go!
FOUR || Approximately 3:30pm || Snack
See notes above on snacks. Try to think around 100-150 calories. If you wanted to eat a six hundred calorie lunch you could also do a shake for an afternoon snack! This is also a great time to take your second accelerator.
FIVE || Approximately 7pm || Dinner
Think six hundred calorie meal. Get creative and make a healthy choice. Healthy doesn't have to be boring!
If you're needing a new cook book or some great recipes Thug Kitchen and Oh How She Glows are my favorites!
SIX || Approximately 9pm || Bedtime Belly Buster
I like to enjoy a cup of decaf hot tea or the Bedtime Belly Buster (outlined below).
Don't forget your vitamins and IsaFlush to finish the night off!
The bedtime belly buster is an excellent way to get good protein in before you sleep and truly BLAST that stubborn belly fat. This is definitely optional but a great way to accelerate results, especially if you're stuck at a plateau.
Here is a great article outlining the science behind it.
There are three different ways to make the Bedtime Belly Buster:
